You will receive a letter from our Customer Care Team regarding an allocated appointment (AM/PM) for our engineer to attend to carry out your annual gas safety check

If the allocated appointment is convenient for you, you can either call, email or use of website for confirm. We offer AM (8am-1pm) or PM (1pm - 5pm) appointments.

On The Day

On The Day

On the day of your appointment, our engineer will ring you 30 minutes before he is due to attend the property. Upon arrival he will be dressed in Renuvo corporate uniform and present his Gas Safe Card
