Annual Gas Boiler Service

It is important that you keep your gas boiler serviced and maintained at least once a year. Renuvo offer customers peace of mind when it comes to your annual service, as well as providing a range of boiler maintenance plans to cater for everyone’s budget.

Renewable Energy Installations

Renewable energy is generated from natural resources such as the sun, wind, and water, using technology which ensures that the energy stores are naturally replenished. Instead of buying all of your energy from suppliers, you can install renewables technology (also called micro generation and low-carbon technology) to generate your own energy.

Electrical Inspection

If you are a landlord who rents out your properties, it important that you undertake an electrical inspection on your properties at least every 5 years. The landlord must ensure that an electrical installation in a rented property is safe when tenants move in and maintained in a safe condition throughout its duration. That a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) has a periodic inspection carried out on the property every five years. If your property is not an HMO, you are not legally obliged to do this. However, we recommend that a periodic inspection and test is carried out by a registered electrician on your rental properties at least every five years
