Low-Carbon Heating & Power
You can do this a few ways. You can call us on 01827 870 950 and speak to one of our Customer Services Representatives. You can email custint@renuvo.co.uk or you can follow this link and let us know via our online form.Â
Please make sure you let us know when is a suitable date for your rescheduled gas boiler service it is a legal requirement for your boiler to be serviced within 12 months.
Our Head Office is based in Tamworth but we operate right across the Midlands as well as further afield such as High Peak, Lincoln, Sheffield and Barnsley.
A full gas boiler service will usually take around 45 minutes to complete. Our gas safe engineer will show his identification card and will arrive either for an AM call or PM call. Our AM call is between 8:30am – 12:00 and PM 12:00 – 5:00pm. Our engineer will normally call you when he is en-route to your property.Â
